Plant Quality Manager / Менеджер по контролю качества производства

На производственной площадке субподрядчика в г. Калининград изготовляются Электронные Блоки Управления Двигателя с последующей их поставкой клиенту-автопроизводителю. В рамках данной вакансии сотрудник будет представлять интересы ООО ДЖИ-ТЭК на территории субподрядчика для контроля и поддержки соблюдения им всех необходимых требований компании.

Electronic Engine Control Units are to be manufactured at the subcontractor's production site in Kaliningrad and then delivered to the Car manufacturer. As part of this project the employee will represent the interests of JI-TEK LLC on the territory of the subcontractor to monitor and support compliance with all necessary requirements of the company

Quality Management & Control:

Supervise the on-site quality management of the company's products in the designated production plant, establish an effective quality control system to monitor the production quality status of the plant, and supervise the implementation of action plans and improvements.Supervise the implementation of program documents and operation instructions, regularly check and adjust to ensure that the operation meets the specifications.

Collect and analyze production data, and report regularly to headquarters on the quality status and the effectiveness of improvement measures.

Problem Handling and Resolution:

Respond quickly to customer quality problems, organize containment measures, and ensure good communication with customers

For quality problems that cannot be handled by the plant, timely deliver unsolvable problems and analysis results to assist the factory team to solve problems.

Training:

Provide the necessary training and technical support to the foundry staff to improve their quality awareness and skills.

Audit:

Responsible for the audit of the foundry, tracking the problems after the audit until all are solved.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above

Work experience, skills and abilities

At least three years of SQE or quality management experience in the automotive industry or other electronics-related industries, bachelor degree or above, major in automotive, electromechanical and other related majors;

1. Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English and Russian
2. Strong communication skills;
3. Strong learning and hands-on ability, innovative spirit and team spirit, optimistic and positive, honest and responsible; Have a high degree of enthusiasm for work, good communication skills and execution, and strong ability to work under pressure
4. Proficient in project development process and familiar with IATF 16949 quality management system
