 Performance control over civil and commissioning works by contractors related to instrumentation and control system during outfitting work in the sea on satellite platform by Yu.Korchagin (first platform in Caspian sea with unmanned operation);  Arrangement and participation in acceptance tests of new instrumentation and control systems and subsystems ESD (emergency shutdown system), DSC (distributed control system), fire and gas detection alarm;  Development and approval of a schedule of necessary actions for shutdowns of the oil platform for conduct functional testing of the emergency shutdown system, extinguishing systems, and fire-gas alarm systems  Organization and participation in commissioning works related to instrumentations and control system;  Review of detailed and as-built documentation, issuing list of comments and recommendation for corrections with execution follow-up;  Check of equipment accepted for operation for compliance with TA and specifications for procurement, input control;  Acceptance of system into operation, check and review of support documentation;  Development a list of spare parts and back-up inventory of instruments to be procured for operation.

 Providing continuous and failure-free operation of instrumentation and process control equipment (automated process control system based on DeltaV, gas turbo generators SOLAR, gas compressors Dresser Rand, emergency diesel generators Caterpillar, local control systems based on controllers by Siemens, Bentley Nevada, Allen Bradley);  Arrangement of maintenance, proactive and current repairs of instrumentation and process control equipment (over 65 systems, about 7500 items maintained);  Management of instrumentation operators, task setting, clearance to work, monitoring compliance with labor protection and industrial safety rules during work.  Preparation of events and monthly schedules of maintenance related to instrumentation;  Performance control over civil and commissioning works by contractors related to instrumentation and control system during technical revamp of offshore ice-resistant fixed platform;  Participation in installation and commissioning works of equipment under acceptance, input control over instrumentation, acceptance of instrumentation and control equipment in operation;  Review of detailed and as-built documentation during technical revamp and modernization of individual system;  Improve control quality of maintained system via adjustment and correction of current parameters and factors of control circuits.

 Carry out maintenance, proactive and current repairs of instrumentation equipment (Rosemount, Kubler; Micro Motion, Daniel, Autronica, Detronics, Vegaswing, Masoneilan, Fisher, Yokogawa, Auma, Rotork, etc.);  Installation, connection and adjustment of modern digital control and instrumentation devices via HART-protocol using field communicator;  Participation in installation and commissioning works of equipment under acceptance, input control over instrumentation;  Keeping instrumentation operation passports and log books.

 Managing civil and commissioning works at projects, planning and supervising works, distribution of resources, tasking and performance control of contractors, acceptance of finished works (over 20 projects completed);  Preparation and getting contracts signed with Clients and contractors;  Preparation and tracking works execution project schedulers (MS Project);  Estimation of planned and actual profitability of project;  Preparation of follow-up of project chart for projects, review of design and cost estimate documentation, preparation of requisition forms for equipment and materials;  Coordination of engineering departments, installation and commissioning, logistics;  Handing over facility to Client in trial and commercial operation;  Drawing and signing with Client acts of hidden works, technical readiness reports, acts as per forms М-29, М-19, КС-6а, КС-2 , КС-3, as-built documentation.
