- Maintain accurate account of all personnel resident or visiting the Drill Camp; - Assist Company HSE Advisor on rig site orientations and in scheduled training and safety activities; - Assists Project Coordinator in arranging crew changes and in registering visas of Expat employees at Nogliki OVIR; - Provide assistance when visits from regulatory agencies occur; - Assisting Company and Customer logistics personnel on coordination for transportation of supplies and rental equipment; - Managing the bus schedules; - Due to operational need, can be assigned to perform duties of below mentioned roles during working hours: - Interpreter; - Informing the Customer on the situation on the field concerning issues on personnel coordination, transport and accommodation arrangement and also resolving critical issues;

Organization of round-the-clock dispatching services for the construction of the Nord Stream-2 pipeline. • Consolidation of information on the movement of all types of cargo and personnel, registration of applications for the dispatch of materials and equipment by sea, informing services about the applications received in order to control the completeness and timeliness of ensuring the production process. • Operational control of the project fleet. • Informing all interested parties about emergencies. • Interaction with government agencies on the profile of the project.
