November 2002 Organization of the International Conference on the Middle East issues – (Co-chairing the Organization Committee; pre-conference negotiations; administrative, logistical provision and accomodation of the participants; PR). October 2002 Elected Member of the Board of Directors of the Students Scientific Community of MGIMO. April 2003 Organization of the International Conference on the issues of the Commonwealth of Independent States – an unprecedented scale for a students event- appr.80 participants from 11 CIS countries, more than 150 from Russia (Chairing the Organization Committee; long pre-conference negotiations; intense administrative, logistical provision and accomodation of the participants; broad PR campaign (creation of the web-site, newspaper etc); organizing a full cultural programme for the participants; fundraising and covering all costs of the event without the MGIMO financial assistance). December 2003 Elected President of the MGIMO Students Association (participated in organizing more than 10 meetings of the MGIMO students with Russian VIP guests (famous politicians, celebrities, sportspeople etc), as well as a number of other political and entertainment events.
