Responsibilities: BMW project - Coordination and tracking of all Avtotor Claims to Lear Schwaig; - Coordination with Lear Schwaig QS relating to acceptance or rejection of AV claims; - Preparation of all logistics information in cooperation with Lear Germany: regular sea freight shipments, claim and missing parts shipments; - Coordination and tracking of claim and skipped parts shipments to ensure availability of material by due production date; - Coordination of sea freight shipments ensuring availability of all parts on site in accordance with production plan; - Preparation of required management reports regarding the Claims, missing parts and crippled vehicles at the customer; - Coordination of engineering changes implementation on assembly line by Avtotor; Responsibilities: Mercedes Benz project - Coordination and preparation of documents for Engineering change for countries - Thailand, Malaysia, India and Egypt. - Implementation of changes to Lear BOM List; - Preparation of BOM based on MB documentation relating to each packing month and distribution for countries. - Monthly material price check (SPK analyses) and report preparation for Finance; - Part Price verification (PPV) - monthly control of correct price to be issued on the invoices from the suppliers; working with the suppliers on open topics relating to the invoiced prices; - Sales authorization process w CN (pn change and new part) and wo CN - implementation of new parts with pricing and part price update on the PO based on the supplier request; - BOM price calculation per each packing month and comparison with previous month pricing; - JPP Forecast - update of production volume for countries based on the information from MB; share drive update; - Calculation of the special order as per request from the customer; preparation of the Quote in SAP system; - Preparation of CKD Seat Quotation (Price Round) for the customer, SAP price upload - VK11 and ME12 prices; - Working and processing Duncan commercial invoices - booking with BRNO and creation the sales invoice for the customer; - Preparation of documents for Egypt shipments - creation the packing list and the sales invoice, request for cargo X upload; - Processing with IN shipments - creation of service charge invoice to Duncan per month; - Preparation of monthly reports regarding the Sales Task for Finance department;

Responsibilities: - Working out logistics processes for unloading, unpacking and handling of parts and subassemblies required for BMW production; - Working with electronic system "NEXT": entering master and part lists into the system including inputting all the necessary information required for flawless operation of all departments (engines, BMW models options, critical parts catalogue); - Systematic analyses and investigation of problems occured in logistics processes; working out action plans for problem preventing and its elimination; - Receiving and processing electronic information regarding lot componenets; lot processing and missing parts reporting; - Data correction in "NEXT" system (master list, part list, processing lot components by comparing master and part lists; printing out logistics and packing lists; - Negotiation with foreign partners for logistics processes issues, solving all open issues in due time; - Support to quality department and audit team to eliminate and prevent unpacking issues; - Defining and inputting new part numbers into the "NEXT" system, working with electronic catalogue IMSYS, ETK; - Control and monitoring engineering changes for processes and materials; implementation of correction actions in logistics processes in accordance with engineering changes;

Responsibilities: - monitoring of all inbound direct materials shipments flow for GM Auto branch in Nizhniy Novgorod: delivery scheduling, solving of all logistics issues to deliver material on time; - placing orders with the supplier for shipments required for production including supply of replacement parts due to quality and packing issues; - control and monitoring GM GMS implementation for the following principles at GAZ plant: SLT(short lead time) and PI(people involvement); carrying out GMS audit; - implementation and maintenance PRR meetings with GMK on weekly and monthly basis to evaluate their performance and point out new priorities (KPI’s); - implementation of process for information flow and refund actions in case of any damages of GM Auto and GM Auto branch material occurred by transport company or GAZ fault; - claiming process implementation for material cost reimbursement by GAZ and GMK side; - premium freight control and tracking; preparation of data for PTS and invoices for finished goods hand over; monitoring and follow up of payment and reimbursement of logistics penalties between parties; - support to quality department- monitoring and follow up PRR made due to packing and quality issues, negotiation with the supplier quality team for PRR anlyses and investigation; - optimizing and maintaining strong supplier relationships, executing cost savings opportunities; improvement for packing material cost reduction and negotiation with Korea into its implementation at the plant; - checking suppliers' primary documentation; control for materials customs clearance, information exchange with customs clearance department; Achievements: Cost savings and process optimization in Supply Chain at T300 GAZ project; Production scrap cost reduction;

- analysing production plans and planning material deliveries in accordance to them for CKD and SKD production (CKD SPL 1300 part numbers for 1 model; SKD SPL 60 part numbers, 170 part numbers for hardware - 7 models); - production plan control and reporting; - tracking of claim parts shipments, solving of all logistics issues to deliver material on time; - monitoring material deliveries from suppliers to the plant according to Production schedule; - inbound inspection control (process of unpacking and inspection); - follow up of defects for incoming parts and feedback to Korea for rootcause investigation; confirmation of defects in inbound inspection area and on line; - monitoring of part receiving condition, continuous improvement of packing condition to minimize risk of part damage during transportation, feedback to Korea and negotiation on ways of improvement; - checking suppliers' primary documentation; control for materials customs clearance, information exchange with customs clearance department;

- launch team member for J-200 CKD project at Avtotor: coordination and translation of different documentation required for Body Shop, PS and GA Shop construction; - monitoring of readiness status for all open issues in accordance to Launch plan; - participation in PQRR meetings and workshops within J-200 CKD project; - organizing meetings and negotiations with counterparts;

Translation of various documents, technical texts and instruction manuals from English into Russian and from Russian into English; working as an interpreter at the meetings with foreign representatives;
