6. Relocation of working logistic and assembly shops to new areas without stoppage of production.
7. Launch of warehouses for materials (or parts), that are delivered according to PUSH principle. Optimization of warehouse electronic accounting
8. Development of technical requirement specifications for design, manufacturing and mounting of special equipment and tools for logistic, assembly and diagnostic operations. Production modernization: selection, purchase and implementation of innovations equipment and tools.
9. Working out of plans, layouts for production expansion and new areas development.
10. Conducting of negotiations with foreign partners (BMW, GM, KIA, MAGNA, LEAR). Business correspondence. Business trips.
11. Staff training from scratch. Team building. Training engineers (assembly, logistic) and operators at the line. Preparing instructions for training.
