- Designing, implementing and conducting customized private trainings concerning soft skills, technical hospitality, food & beverage skills; - Following up on training sessions with different types of assessments, looking to measure the training impact on trainees.

- Prospecting and approaching all potential customers, aiming to support them by providing our service with perfection; - Preparing training materials; - Designing, implementing , conducting and following up on the ground on a training concerning hospitality and food & beverage skills; - Collaborating with marketing and design experts to manage TREX’s public workshop’s marketing campaigns and all posts to post continuously; - Collaborating with the Mystery Shopping section.

- Assisting in the planning and implementation of the annual training program according to Moulin D’or organization’s need; - Developing, and continuously updating training & technical manuals; - Designing, implementing , conducting and following- up on the ground on the training related to soft skills, technical hospitality, food & beverage skills; - Conducting Orientation Sessions for new comers; - Reviewing, analyzing, and amending training needs as necessary; - Creating, testing, monitoring and evaluating the relevant processes; - Collaborating with expert training providers for external technical training topics; - Assessing the effectiveness of the training by conducting a follow-up assessment on employees performance with the department manager; - Assisting and monitoring the proper and fair implementation of the performance appraisal in the different departments within the organization; - Conducting Probation Period Evaluations for employees being through their 3 months probationary period.
