Duties and responsibilities:
Strategic management of IT-infrastructure company.
Operative management of IT.
Project management - analysis, planning, organization, control and coordination of tasks and personnel.
Strategic and operational planning.
Planning for annual and monthly budgets, control of execution.
Contracts and maintenance of contractual relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors.
Providing IT-services: the main office and logistics complex (500 people), a large logistics complex (200 people), 3 branches and a network of Regional Representatives (100 people)
Achievements:
Create IT-infrastructure company from a zero-level till the corporate level (more than 100 computers) and full implementation at all levels (administrative, communication, informative).
Effective management and technical support service (more than 40 services, including branches and representative offices), the internal IT team (8 persons).
The number of annually performed software projects:
• 50-70 average complexity, with deadlines 1-2 months.
• 6-8 projects of high complexity, with deadlines more than 2 months.
Implemented major projects for 2008:
Project: transport logistic optimization.
Was developed and implemented a system optimization of transport logistics company resources. Been fully automated process control, distribution and control of transport resources: the distribution of commodity flows, load planning, route planning, GPS-tracking and automatic control, security, emergency alert.
Resources: internal team (3 pers.) outsourcing company (7 pers.)., logistics personnel department (30 pers. and 20 trucks).
Project: WMS.
Optimization of key storage processes (90% or more), the maximum efficiency of warehouse space, increasing productivity and quality of logistics complex (9 thousand pallets, stacked storage). Effective organization of warehouse equipment and personnel.
Planning, design, developing and launching the warehouse management system. Was developed the original warehouse management system with complete coverage of logistics business processes.
Resources: internal team (12 pers.) outsourcing company (7 pers.)., logistics personnel department (20 pers.).
Project: corporate management system.
Implement effective mechanisms for horizontal and vertical cooperation between divisions and control of executive discipline. Launched a system of internal electronic work-flow. Organized informational repository of administrative documents. A system of accumulation and replenishment of expert knowledge and lead experiences, both for each unit, and for the company as a whole. Enhanced safety and security of information. Organized information sub-portals for each unit. A system of accounting and control relationships with customers and suppliers (CRM). For the IT-unit methodology was implemented a service-oriented infrastructure (ITSM, ITIL).
Planning, design, developing and launching system. Formalization and standardization of administrative business processes.
The system is implemented by Microsoft Winows Sharepoint Services.

Project: Building of a warehouse (9 thousand pallets).
Providing complete coverage of the IT infrastructure of a new warehouse - designing and execution (SCS, Wifi, telephony, video surveillance systems, burglar alarms).
Resources: internal IT team (6 pers.), External contracting companies.
Project: mobile commerce.
Realized: Effective management of sales processes, automation of direct sales, collecting orders, increasing the overall level of company management, the establishment of the planning system, the increase in total sales, reduce costs, optimize stocks, management and control the activities of mobile personnel, the optimization of the working procedures of internal relationships, improving customer loyalty.
Launched more than 80 mobile trading terminals in 5 regions of Zap. Siberia.
